Mobile Airport Authority provides retirement benefits through the Retirement Systems of Alabama. Participation in the Employee Retirement System is mandatory for all MAA employees. Once enrolled, all employees must participate until employment is terminated voluntarily or involuntary. Member contribution rates are based on the percentage of earnable compensation.
